<p>Se amesteca faina cu drojdia, laptele, sarea si zaharul si se framanta.</p>

<p>Se ruleaza si se unge cu ulei/lapte/ou batut daca nu este suficient de umed.</p>

<p>Se taie in rondele de 1-2 cm, fara a se apasa pe aluat.</p>

<p>Se pune in tava unsa cu ulei (sau se poate folosi hartie de copt) si se da la cuptor 25 de minute, la 180 de grade.</p>

<p>Se face un sirop din: 6 linguri zahar, 2-3 linguri apa, 7-8 lingurite de cacao.</p>
<p>Se topesc 50 de grame de ciocolata si se amesteca cu siropul.</p>
<p>Se toarna peste 8 galbenusuri si se freaca pana la racire.</p>
<p>Separat, se freaca 1 pachet de unt spuma, peste care se toarna restul de compozitie.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Blat: Se bat 8 albusuri cu 250 de grame zahar pana se intaresc, apoi se adauga 4 lingurite cacao si 2 linguri pesmet  si 200 de grame nuciprajite. Se da la cuptor.</p>

 se condimenteaza cu piper alb,boia dulce ,usturoi praf,sare si ghimbir.<br />

Se adauga si uleiul de masline si se lasa la marinat 30 min la frigider. Fasiile astfel pregatite se trec prin ou batut cu smantana apoi prin susan.Se aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coc la foc potrivit .</p>
<p>La jumatatea timpului de coacere se intorc ca sa se rumeneasca pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Intre timp preparam sosul astfel :smantana se amesteca cu condimentele Fit-up,praf de usturoi dupa gust si piper.Definitivam gustul de sare si lasam la rece sa se intrepatrunda aromele.</p>

<p>Faina, untul, branza si praful de copt se framanta pana se face un aluat.<br />

<p>Se da la frigider pentru 40 de minute.<br />
Dupa 40 de minute, se scoate aluatul, se imparte in 3-4 bucati (depinde cat de mult a crescut). Fiecare bucata se intinde, se taie sub forma de saleuri (sau poate vreti sa inovati <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> ).<br />

<p>250 g unt nesarat<br />
50 ml apa<br />
250 g zahar<br />
100 g alune de padure<br />
150 g lapte praf<br />
50 g cacao</p>
<p>Se pun apa cu zaharul pe foc mic pana se topeste zaharul. Separat se amesteca laptele praf cu cacao. </p>
<p>Eu am inceput cum nu se poate mai bine: am pus pe foc apa cu laptele praf si am amestecat cacao cu zahar. Si ma miram de ce nu se topeste &#8230; <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> ))</p>

<p>Intr-un final, mi-am dat seama si am luat-o de la capat. Deci&#8230;am pus apa si zaharul pe foc mic:<br />

<p>Dupa ce se topeste zaharul, se adauga treptat amestecul de cacao cu lapte praf. Daca e prea solid, adaugati cubulete din unt si amestecati continuu.<br />

<p>As vrea sa spun ca eu nu am avut nevoie decat de 200 g de unt. Va orientati la fata locului, sa nu fie prea lichid, sau prea multa grasime pe margine.</p>
<p>Se toarna intr-o tava unsa cu unt si se niveleaza.<br />

<p>Se infig in ciocolata alunele de padure. Eu le-am dat intai la cuptorul cu microunde ca sa le pot curata de coaja. In plus, imi plac mult mai mult prajite decat crude.<br />

<p>Se lasa la frigider pana se intareste. Eu am lasat peste noapte <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Voi&#8230;dupa cum aveti rabdare&#8230;<br />
